David maintains an Insurance License in Florida as well as many other States, and a Florida Mortgage License. David manages assets using investment and income programs tailored to each client’s circumstances. His unique understanding of the distribution phase of investing expertly guides clients already in the retirement stage. In addition to being a registered representative, David holds a General Securities Principal License. |

Hedy Perper holds a Certified Senior Advisor designation and was among the first people in the country to earn the coveted Certified Mortgage Planner designation, CMPS. She has been involved in various aspects of the mortgage industry for more than twelve years. Prior to becoming a Licensed Mortgage Broker in 1997, Hedy was active in Real Estate and continues to hold a Florida Real Estate License. Today, she works with clients that understand that the mortgage is a financial instrument that can be woven into their overall financial plan. |
