PLANNING

Process
Spectrum Planning Group has access to state-of-the-art financial tools and solutions to develop your plan then put it into action.
To help ensure your plan evolves with your needs, we are guided by a planning process.
Step 1.

Client Enlightenment / Vision Meeting

At our initial meeting we will discuss your goals and objectives, and our approach to planning. The complimentary initial consultation provides an overview of financial planning concepts.

Step 2.

Understand The Goals

Your consultant will complete a comprehensive and confidential profile. We use this to create a detailed picture of your current personal and financial situation, as well as your plans for your financial future.

Step 3.

Gather The Data

At this meeting you will be introduced to the lead Financial Advisor on your team. You will need to bring your investment and insurance records to help with the planning process. Your consultant will research the options and solutions available and present them to you in a clear, comprehensive format at the following meeting.

Step 4.

Analyze Data & Develop Your Personal Plan

Our team will use the information you have provided to create your personal financial plan based on your needs and careful analysis. This is a comprehensive process that requires time for analysis, research and preparation.

Step 5.

Presentation of Your Financial Plan

Your lead Financial Advisor will present and review your personal plan. We will discuss all reports and will provide you with a written summary of our observations and specific recommendations.

Step 6.

Implement The Strategy

Once we have established a sound financial strategy and you are comfortable with our recommendations, we can begin to put specific solutions in place to  meet your needs.

Step 7.

Review Your Progress

Perhaps the most important part of the process is the continuous monitoring of your plan. We meet periodically to review progress, revisit your goals and make adjustments as necessary.

Comprehensive financial planning can include taxes, insurance, college savings and estate planning. Using a collaborative approach, Spectrum Planning Group will assemble a team of highly qualified professionals.
